Edwin A. Codori (son of William F. Codori, Sr. and Caroline May Diller) was born August 8, 1896 in Gettysburg, Adams Co. PA.89, and died November 22, 1966 in York, PA.90. He married Grace H. Seitzinger on September 29, 1918.

EDWIN CODORI DIES MONDAY IN YORK HOSPITAL

Edwin A. "Eb" Codori, 3090 W. Market St., York, a native of Gettysburg, died at 2:55 o'clock Monday afternoon in the York Hospital of cancer. He had been in declining health for several months.

Mr. Codori was born in Gettysburg, August 8, 1896, a son of the late Wailliam F. Codori Sr. and Carrie M. Codori, 44 York St. He graduated from the local parochial school and for most of his life was an auto mechanic. He has been a resident of York for 45 years.

He is survived by his widow, the former Miss Grace S. Schroder, York; one son, Thomas; two granddaughters, Sandra and Cynthia, York; three brothers and two sisters, all of Gettysburg: Joseph E., John A., Robert A., Mrs. Paul L. Roy and Mrs. Richard M. Cole, all of Gettysburg.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that friends, if they wish, make a donation to the cancer fund.

The deceased was a member of the St. Rose Catholic Church, York; the Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus, York County 1530, Lincolnway Fire Company, Yankee American Association and the American Association of Retired Persons, all of York.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning with a Requiem High Mass in the St. Rose Church at 9 o'clock followed by burial in the Catholic Cemetery here. Msgr. Carl B. Brady will officiate.

The Rosary will be recited at 8 o'clock this evening at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. Market St., York. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 o'clock this evening.
