CODORI EDWARD G.
On Wednesday, September 17, Edward G. Codori, 91, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. Husband of the late Elizabeth Jane (Davies); loving father of Mary "Jamie" Eyth, Winifred Kaminski (David), Edward, Jr. (Donna), and Christy Humanic (Kenneth); brother-in-law of Martha Ridgway; grandfather of nine and great-grandfather of eight. Edward was the last of 11 siblings. During WWII, Edward served in the U.S. Navy on the battleship USS Massachusetts BB59. He earned the rank of Gunners mate, 2nd class, and was a plank owner. Visitation Sunday 2-8 p.m. at the DAVID J. HENNEY FUNERAL HOME, 6364 Library Road (RT. 88), Library, where a Funeral Service will be held on Monday 11:30 a.m. Interment in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors.
